Here is a signed etching by Eugene Tily depicting a French street scene with a church in the background in Rouen, France. The artwork is on paper with the image measuring approximately 13.5 inches in height and 9 inches in length. It is matted and framed (21" x 16") with a hanging wire on the back and features the artist's pencil signature in the lower left. Produced in the 1890s-1900s.
Condition: The etching appears to be in very good condition. The matting has some light signs of moisture along the lower edge (see photos). The narrow walnut frame is in very good condition. The black paper on the back has tears and wear. See photos.
