Handmade ceramic dish by Bay Area artist Eric Vander Molen. Made of black clay with a charcoal gray glazed surface so the dish can be used as a plate, a trivet, for display or simply as an object. Eric Vander Molen brings his own contemporary sensibility to familiar industrial forms that are transformed through sculpting and glazing. When not working as a collaborator with a California-based tile company, you can find Vander Molen working in his own studio emerged in the artistry of clay.
