An antique English tin hat box that is exceptionally large. This piece has amazing patina of its original rusty orange color. It is in wonderful physical condition with no major dents or holes. The wear on this piece shows that it was used, but obviously taken well care of. I can just imagine a bowler or stovepipe hat being protected in a journey by this item. Large in size, it measures 16.5" wide x 10" deep x 13" length. It still has its original latch, but not a locking mechanism. Would make an interested Keepsakes container or conversation piece in any home decor. Has a wonderful Industrial Age feel to it. See less
