Achille Castiglioni, son of the sculptor Giannino and Livia Bolla, he graduated from the Milan Polytechnic in 1944; after graduating he worked in the studio of the older brothers Livio and Pier Giacomo in Milan, devoting himself to urban planning, architecture, exhibitions and product design projects. In 1944, together with his brothers, he took part in the VII Triennale di Milano. Achille Castiglioni's design has always been based on a search for functionality, also through the functional reuse of objects already present in production. In 1956 he was one of the founders of ADI, the Association for Industrial Design.
Zanotta believes in an idea of furniture and accessories capable of building pleasant relationships. Products with a soul that become part of people's stories and stories, finding their ideal space. Zanotta products are designed to fit in without claiming to belong to a style, alongside other products through the layering of experiences and passions that characterize each context, making it unique and identifying. Each time this happens in a different way, sometimes unexpected, because it is interpreted by different subjects. This piece has an attribution mark,
