This is a charming French bamboo and wicker hall tree or coat rack. It has grasscloth wall paper in the open spaces. Each panel has some red and blue painted accents. It dates to the earlier part of the 20th century. It is unmarked.
Strongly recommend wall mounting for safety as the mirror makes the piece top heavy.
