This beautiful watercolor is by the noted Montana artist Bob Barkell (1950- ). The painting is in very good condition. The frame is in good condition with a few very tiny dings, visible upon very close inspection in bright light. From Deer Lodge, Montana, and born in Bozeman, Bob Barkell has been the artist-in-residence at the Grant-Kohrs Ranch National Historic Site. He is also the leader of the Frontier Montana Gathering, an association of Montana artists. Barkell’s work captures the essence of living in Montana. See less
