Up for sale is a set of three unusual antique Chinese hand-carved and painted wooden panels/architectural ornaments (彩绘木雕建筑构件), two similar curved panels decorated in one side with leafy flowers symbolizing prosperity, the small one in openwork design carved in both sides with flower, scroll and lingzhi motifs symbolizing luck and auspiciousness, all panels covered with natural decorative pigments, some faded calligraphic marks indicating architectural positions, Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), Shanxi Province, in overall good condition with age-commensurate wear, marks, color fading and losses, and possible repairs
