Wonderful Art Deco cedar chest by Cavalier from the 1930's. The piece is beautifully crafted of solid wood with great Art Deco details and a waterfall edge top. It is marked on the inside 'Cavalier' and there is an additional label where the piece was gifted to 'Mother by Jesse & Billier.' There is a water spot on the top center which is unfortunate. I put a blanket over it and don't worry about it (blanket shown is not included). There is a push button to open and close the lid. There is no key. A fantastic classic storage piece for your home.
Overall dimensions are 44" wide x 19" deep x 21-1/4" high.
Inside green felt lined tray measures 39-1/2" wide x 7-1/4" deep x 2" high.
Bottom inside measures 41-1/2" wide x 16-1/4" wide x 12" high.
