The holy statue (1900) of Jean Baptiste Marie Vianney (1786-1859) who lived in Ars sur Formans.
Vianney was canonized in 1925 by Pope Pius XI
. He was also called the pastor of Ars.
As far as I understand, he was a good man for his fellow man.
The statue is very beautifully and refined decorated.
On the pedestal it says:
Bien Heureux (blessed)
Made of plaster.
Due to its age, the statue has come completely into atmosphere.
Height: 28.5 cm.
Width: 18 cm.
Depth: 11 cm.
