The sparkling and glittering palwa chandeliers are hanging in the residence of the empress marie-therese of austria, in the sultan of brunei’s palaces, in the palaces of the kings of saudi arabia and of the sheikhs of the gulf states but also in the white house in washington and in the bellevue castle in berlin, in first-class hotels and embassies. Manufactured by palwa (palme & walter), germany in the 1960s. Design: venini camer attr. Manufacturer: palwa, palme & walter. Measures: height 15" in. (38.5 cm), diameter 19.7" in. (50 cm). Lighting: takes six small edison e14 base screw bulbs. Wattage: we recommend up to 40w per bulb. Works on 220v as well as 110v. Condition: very good vintage condition. It can happen that crystals are partially chipped. Two items are available. Price is per piece. Wiring: the lamp has been tested with us american light bulbs under 120v and works flawlessly, no tools or rewiring required. All our goods are originally wired for 220v.
