There are no chips or cracks, however, there are some minor utensil scratches on the interior surface, as well as a nick on the rim (see photos). It has been cleaned, lightly sanded, and revived with food-safe oil to nourish and preserve the wood. Any imperfections in its craftsmanship are innate, and any wear is commensurate with age and past usage. less
