I can not tell for sure, but I believe the painting is from the 20's. The painting is all original and unrestored, however it does have some condition issues as the photos show. The corners are rounded off, and there appears to be a stain at the very top of the painting. The stain may have been intentionally added but I can not confirm. On the back there is the name " ALLEN" written in script. Allen may be the artist but I could not find any information on the signature online. Frame is new and displays the piece well.
