These 2 sweet whimsical abstract gouache paintings were found in the flea market during Mr. Marin's winter trrip to Paris. Although they are mounted on the same sheet of matboard, we don't believe the 2 pieces have anything to do with eachother. The left side piece features a small animal (maybe a rabbit) and a duck (or a goose). The right side looks like an abstract landscape with a castle.
The paintings are not perfect. There is a repaired tear on the left side painting in the upper right corner. The ride side painting has a torn lower right corner and the top center in has a couple small tears.
These pieces would make a great addition to a childs room or frame it and make it part of a collection wall.
