Raised on its original bracket feet, the quality of this item is firmly attributed to English furniture makers Gillows of Lancaster.

The rectangular form with hinged flat top stepped lid opening to reveal its later dark green velvet type lined interior.

Condition: Good condition with nice patination, no losses anywhere. Lock and key are present and working, overall, a wonderful item in good condition. Professionally re-lined, see images of this which is very nicely done.
