The lamp dates from the 1970s and was designed by anders pehrson for the company atelje lytkan sweden. The lamp was a great success for pehrson as the lamp was part of the equipment of the 1972 olympic village in munich. The lamp was given the name olympia in recognition, but was later renamed simris at the request of the ioc.
the light is equipped with two e14 sockets - also suitable for led bulbs this piece has an attribution mark,
