Original Cremant Du Roi framed print by Leonetto Capiello (Italian 1875-1942). Italian and French poster art designer who lived in Paris, France. Known as the father of modern advertising. Impressive poster created in 1922 for Veuve Amiot champagne called the "sparkling wine of kings". The print is mounted in an ebonized wood frame behind plexiglass. Sight measures 44 wide by 59.5 high. From an estate in Ross, CA.

Condition: Good, wear consistent with age and use. Minor age appropriate wear and fading. Lacquer frame has minor chips and scuffs that are difficult to see.
