Features original maker’s label from his Strand workshop near Somerset House. Carved giltwood frame displays an eagle crest, acanthus leaves, a beaded inner border, and retains what appears to be its original leaded convex glass. Mirror has been professionally restored and re-gilded with 24K gold leaf. A fine and rare example of Regency craftsmanship. See less
