A mixed media painting and collage on paper by the American artist Anthony Louis Popcheff (1954-2003). This abstract composition consists of overlapping and faded looking squares in blue, orange, brown, purple, and green. The piece is unframed and is unsigned.
Anthony "Tony" Louis Popcheff was born in Colorado and was a self employed artist. He graduated from John Herron School of art in 1985 and had a thirty year affiliation with Editions Limited and Alliance Gallery Indianapolis Museum of Art.
