Beautiful Mid Century Art Deco Nightstand designed by Eliel Saarinen for the Johnson Furniture Co in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Its design was part of the Flexible Home Arrangements (FHA) furniture collection. Birch wood veneer, art deco inspired wood drawer handles on ebonized plinth base. Drawers are dove-tailed. 5 drawers for ample storage. Excellent vintage condition with the original birch finish. All drawers work perfectly. Includes the original protective glass top.
