On the back the painting bears … Read more Very beautiful abstract expressionist Danish oil painting on canvas, signed with the initials G.T.P.G. On the back the painting bears the year and a (partly lost) piece of paper stating that the work was exhibited in Kunsthalle Charlottenborg, in Copenhagen in 1962. The artwork is roughly laid out and has a beautiful abstract expressionist representation in the colors: white, black, blue, red, yellow and brown. The frame has been painted white over time, probably to make the painting stand out even more. Including the frame, the painting measures 84 cm by 73 cm. See less
