Smooth glossy enamel in dark brown with some fine lines in yellow, red and white, gold edge

The company was founded by the Carstens brothers in 1892 in Rheinsberg (East Germany). from 1947 it was located in Fredelsloh (West Germany) under the name of Carstens-Tönnieshof and quite successfully since in 1953 there were 400 workers. It continued to grow in the early 70s establishing factories in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Australia and Austria until it collapsed in 1977 and finally closed in 1984. The main designers were Trude Carstens, Heinz Siery, Gerda Heuckeroth, Dieter Peter, Rudolph Christmann, Helmut Scholtis This piece has an attribution mark,
