Delightful Murano blown glass vase, pulegoso, sommerso, tulip-shaped with vertical ribs and flared mouth. The base of the vase is made of transparent glass, while the central body is made of transparent amethyst-colored glass. The pulegoso technique is achieved by joining two layers of glass using the submerged technique, passing the first layer over a surface with iron pegs, which is then covered by a second layer of glass, so that air bubbles are captured where the first layer touched the pegs. This is a particularly complex process. The vase is signed by the artist under the diamond-shaped base with a signature that we have unfortunately been unable to decipher, but it appears to be "Braccin" or "Bian\.". The object can be dated to the second half of the 20th century.
