Well known in table lamp format with its “Shogun” version, the “Shogun Terra” is less seen. The inspiration from Japan is very present in this lighting fixture. Indeed, the term “Shogun” designates a general in ancient Japan. In addition, Mario Botta was inspired by samurai armor and helmets to design this model. The base of the base is made of cast iron. The body is made of cylindrical metal, white lacquered and black and white striped on the upper part. The lampshade is made of ecru-colored mesh metal. It can be rotated up and down. The designer's stamp and the brand are written under the base of the base. Good original condition.
