Magnificent “Taurus” stool or footrest, an emblematic model from the 1950s-60s, attributed to Pierre Guariche for the famous Belgian brand Meurop.

Its slightly arched shape is, in fact, reminiscent of the back of a bull. This stool refers to this dynamic form which balances both elegance and robustness, very characteristic of Guariche's creations. This vintage piece of furniture combines timeless design and comfort, a centerpiece for lovers of retro furniture and interior architecture.

It is in very good condition, with traces of pitting on the chrome perfectly restored. The black leatherette is in excellent general condition, with a few minor tears which are really not visible, and which in no way detract from the aesthetics of the piece (see detailed photos). This model also has four pads under the feet.
