Painted round lacquer lidded box 15". This is an antique Japanese Edo Era period from the early 1800's. Included are ropes to tie together over the lid. Included is the storage box that the entire lidded box fits into.
Box supported by four slightly out-turned legs and decorated with elaborately engraved brass fittings. Lid also has brass fittings.
