Beautiful set of vintage china consisting of 57 pieces. The pattern is called Avon Rose by Warwick c. 1941. A delicate floral pattern with shades of pink and green on a white background and gilt edges.
3 of the pieces, 2 saucers and the medium vegetable dish are marked Hutschenreuther Selb Bavaria Germany.
The rest are marked Warwick Made in the USA.
This set is composed of the following pieces : 10 (10") dinner plates, 8 (7 5/8") coupe soup bowls, 6 (7 5/8") salad plates, 6 (6") bread and butter plates, 6 (5 1/4") fruit bowls, 8 (3 5/8") cups, 8 (5 1/2") saucers, 1 (5 1/2" W x 4 1/4" H) sugar, 1 (3 3/4" W x 4 3/4" H) creamer, 1 (6 3/4" W x 3 1/2" H) gravy boat, 1 (6 3/4" W x 8 3/4"L) medium vegetable dish, 1 (7 1/2" W x 9 5/8" L) large vegetable dish. The set is in excellent vintage condition.
