Italian antique wooden consoles with red marble tops and decorations, 1600s
Pair of consoles with top in red Verona marble. The top has shaped profiles, with the corners cut diagonally. Under the top there are decorative carvings representing a medallion with a portrait of a man and a woman, while at the corners there are floral decorations. The four round-section legs have vertical carvings, and end with rounded feet.
1600s.
Good condition, with signs of use and time, the marble has missing parts, holes, scratches and opacifications. The legs are slightly arched.
