According to Vegesack in Deutsche Stahlmöbel on page 50 this easy chair is an Anton Lorenz design. After Thonet bought Desta in 1932 and hired Lorenz as designer and "legal expert", this model was later sold by Thonet as model B36 and in their catalogues wrongly attributed to Marcel Breuer (see Chr. Wilk page 184) I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
