A porcelain courting couple featuring an 18th century gentleman chatting with the object of his admiration. Backstamped with the Volkstedt 1762 mark to the underside. Also impressed "V20253". Unmistakable style and quality. This item was produced post 1945. The height is 8". The width is 6", with a depth of 3".
Excellent vintage condition with no meaningful flaws. It looks like the very end of the gentleman's walking stick has broken off. We believe this originally extended just a bit beyond his coat tail. Please examine all photos closely.
