Created in England, circa 1930, the colorful iron bucket with top and back handle features a rich burgundy background, and is decorated with an elaborately painted coat of arms, executed with impressive attention to heraldic tradition and detail. At the center, a white shield bears a bold black cross flory, its ends adorned with Fleur-de-Lis, symbolizing faith, honor, and perseverance. At each quarter of the cross, crossed swords and keys, painted in red and blue, represent both earthly authority and spiritual guardianship, a motif often linked to civic duty or ecclesiastical ties. Flanking the shield are two powerful supporters: on the left, a black lion rampant, evoking strength and courage; on the right, a silver horse rampant, suggesting freedom, loyalty, and spirited resolve. Above the shield rises a knight’s helmet, surmounted by a golden mural crown (symbolizing municipal strength) and a blue-and-white wavy globe, likely representing global outlook or maritime heritage. Graceful mantling and greenery surround the helm, adding elegance and balance to the composition. Below, a ribbon bears the Latin motto:
