From my personal collection from Europe 1990.
No maker’s mark
Handpainted porcelain set in filigree showcasing Finift-style artistic work. Pink, orange, green florals over white in a rectangular shape encapsulated in filigree. Filigree likely made of oxidized silver-plated copper.
.25” wide x .5” long x .125” deep
