Fender description: this is a very decorative and attractive vintage antique early 20th century brass & copper fender for the fireplace in art deco style. It is of great quality and very heavy. It has decorative columns to the front and sides with stunning copper bulbous decoration. The two front corners of the fender have decorative finials to the top to complete the look. This really is a nice looking fender and it has wonderful patina in keeping with it's age. It has been sympathetically cleaned so is nice and bright. This fender would look simply stunning in front of a fireplace for decoration and i bet it could tell a tale or two. What a wonderful piece of history to have in your home or business. This is a nice find from the early 20th century. Measurements: (approximate) exterior: 128cm l x 33cm d x 14.5cm interior: 117cm l x 27cm d x 14.5cm h andirons / fire dogs description this is an attractive pair of victorian antique 19th century firedogs / andirons in an art nouveau style. They have 3 columns with bulbous copper decoration which makes them stand out. Decorative finials to the top complete the look. They are in good vintage condition but obviously are used and have patina in keeping with their age. They have been sympathetically cleaned. These would look simply stunning in front of a fireplace for decoration. These fire dogs could tell a tale or two and what a wonderful piece of history to have in your home or business. These are nice find from the victorian era. Measurements: (approximate) 18cm h x 8cm w x 22cm d please note that this is an antique fireplace set so will have signs of usage, marks and patina - in my opinion the fender & fire dogs are in good antique condition for their age and any patina only adds to the character to these wonderful pieces of history.
