Richly carved gilded chimneypiece, support frame and double-framed protruding side posts with mirrors surmounted by carved architectural cornices. In the center there is an imposing pierced cymatium carved in a single piece with floral ramage. The entire surface is gouache gilded. Original mercury mirrors. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
