This stool from Italy, circa 1970's, has an oval shaped, upholstered seat, set within a petite beaded trim, and scalloped apron is overlaid with a pierce-carved swag motif skirting that adds a delightful movement and elegance to this piece. The seat is raised upon four cabriole style carved legs, terminating onto hoof-carved feet. The seat has been upholstered in a Fortuny style fabric. This upholstered and carved Italian ottoman would be a wonderful addition within a living or bedroom seating arrangement. This beautifully-carved Italian stool would be a splendid addition to a living room, bedroom, or boudoir. See less
