The rug has a wool pile on a cotton foundation with silk highlights. It has a pale peach color border. The central medallion is in cream, peach, red, blue, and yellow colors. The corner spandrels are in a pale green color. The flower designs throughout the field and the border are highlighted with silk which shimmers under the light. Accent design colors include saffron yellow, blue, green, purple, red, pink, and many more.
