4’ 5” x 6’ 1” A Kerman Lavar rug from the 3rd quarter of the 1800s. A masterpiece in design and color. A very unique center medallion in red placed in a gold color field and the use of silk for highlighting makes this truly a museum piece. The design is extremely refined and the combination of gold, red, and green colors makes for a brilliant rug from over hundred fifty years ago.
