These lovely antique bowls are made of white translucent glass and have carved red overlay designs.

The designs include traditional Chinese motifs of birds, pomegranates, leaves and branches surrounding the perimeter of the bowl. This particular pair is considered a "book-matching" pair meaning they were manufactured at the same time and have reverse images, meaning that you can place the birds facing one another or facing away from one another. The original wood stands are included.
