Milton Bloom Brutalist Brass, Copper Wall Sculpture "Family Group", Rochester NY
Offered for sale is an original copper, brass and silver solder framed wall sculpture by Milton Bloom of Rochester, NY. Framed in the original walnut frame with gilt edges, the composition depicts a family, a man, woman, three children (one of which appears to be a daughter) and a dog. They are sitting on an invisible bench. This work was acquired in Rochester and is believed to be 1960s. The piece is signed Bloom in the lower left corner. It is marked MBloom at the top of the frame and "Family Group" to the left edge of the frame on verso. The work is in very good vintage condition. It is wired and ready to hang.
