This antique Persian Melayer runner measures 2'7" x 7'3" and was hand woven in Iran's Hamadan region. It has been restored in the United States with a distressed finish. Persian rugs have been an integral part of Iran's art and culture since ancient times, with evidence of rug-weaving dating back to the Bronze Age.
