Second, I googled the heck out of the design. All I got was that it leaned towards an Arabic design but was NOT anything translateknew anything about. What it IS is really pretty, sturdy, waterproof and a sure thing for conversation. It would make an excellent tea tray for vintage silver or china, a nice tray for a soap and towel assortment in a bathroom for guests or a really nice breakfast in bed tray. See less
