An iconic dining table in the model at 310 in teak and oak. The table is designed by hans j. Wegner and manufactured by andreas tuck in odense, denmark.
an unusual and very stylish dining table that was designed in the 1950s and has over time become a true design classic, like many of the timeless furniture created by designer hans j. Wegner. His work and design philosophy have set demands for function, aesthetics and comfort, which makes his works infinitely sought after even today. Wegner is known for his minimalist and innovative design classics, and he is truly considered a great master in his field. In many contexts, wegner is even considered the greatest of all danish designers. His furniture has not only influenced interiors but also created a lasting impact on the design world at large, making them timeless and constantly relevant.
the table top is in teak with soft edges and rounded corners that give an elegant and modern feel.
the legs and frame are made of oak and are also very finely crafted. The round legs are angled, which gives a cocky attitude that really catches the eye. On our table, the oak is in a slightly darker tone, which creates a nice contrast in grain and color tone between the teak and oak woods. This well-thought-out combination of woods contributes to a visually appealing whole. Together with the table's wonderful quality and robust design, the table gives the well-known and sought-after expression of danish design.
the table comes with two extension leaves that can be conveniently stored under the table when not in use. This means that they are always close at hand and are easily accessible when they are to be used to expand the table's surface. These practical extension leaves make it possible to quickly and easily adapt the table for more guests.
there is room for eight to ten seats around the table when both extension leaves are inserted.
