This is a beautiful hand carved Italian alabaster trinket box with a hinged lid. It is round and the metal trim is gold coloured. The maker’s signature is on the top and the bottom is marked Genuine Alabaster Hand Carved Made in Italy. This is in excellent condition with some tiny bruises (not chips) in the stone, as seen in the photos.
This would make a beautiful gift, would look elegant on an office desk, or be a great bedside table or bookshelf styling piece.
