Huge chandelier from the former congress center in Salzburg - designed by Fellerer and Wöhrer, executed by Bakalowits.
The Salzburg Congress Center was planned by Max Fellerer and Eugen Wörle and opened in 1957. This monumental chandelier was placed in the large banquet hall.
In the mid-1990s the building was replaced with a new one.
The monumental lamp has 94 E27 burners.
The frame is made of black painted iron.
More than 550 extremely large (6 x 6 cm) hand-cut prisms (complete and undamaged) made of crystal glass provide great lighting effects. These are arranged in a circle in 7 removable segments.
