This is a large and very impressive vintage Italian Capodimonte porcelain figural group sculpture of three children and a dog playing on a see-saw. Date of production is unknown, but it was likely produced between 1960 and 1980.
Expertly sculpted figures of children are mounted on a finely detailed plinth, with hand sculpted floral details and hand painted figures decorated in muted tones. No signature is evident. The original paper Capodimonte Certificate is attached and the crown mark is stamped on the bottom.
A superb vintage Italian porcelain sculpture that would be perfect on a mantel, or ideal as a centerpiece to your collection.
There appears to be one broken leaf in the foliage below the children, otherwise excellent.
