Impressive Dutch design from the 1960s, designed by Willem Hagoort and produced by Hagoort Lampen Rotterdam (marked). This concerns model 329, an iconic floor lamp with a sleek and timeless design. The lamp is equipped with a weighted cast iron base, which is finished with the original matte black lid. A slender, solid chrome-plated rod runs up from the center of the foot, to which an ingenious scissor mechanism is attached. This mechanism carries two spotlights, which can be adjusted to different positions using a stainless steel adjustment screw. This means that the lamp offers both direct directional light and atmospheric indirect lighting. We have carefully cleaned the lamp and treated it with a professional metal wax, so that the chrome and finish are optimally preserved. Technically fully checked and ready for immediate use.
