This antique Chinese Ming cabinet is handcrafted in an elegant Ming style. The entire frame is carved from a single plank of wood, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship. The interior features shelves and drawers for storage. The two front doors are fitted with traditional wooden hinges, a hallmark of classic Chinese furniture-making, and can be easily removed. Constructed with wooden pegs and a tenon structure, the cabinet is made from the core of elmwood, ensuring durability and strength. It remains in excellent condition with its original patina and hardware. Circa early 19th century.
