Here we have a beautiful antique silver quadruple plate cup. Made in America by Van Bergh in Rochester New York. The Van Bergh Silver Plate Company was founded in 1892 by brothers Fredrick W. and Maurice H. Van Bergh. The plant was destroyed by fire sometime around 1905. The small firm rebuilt and by 1926 they were absorbed by Oneida.
Measures 3" tall and 3.75" wide at the widest point of the handle and 2.75" across.
Gorgeous engraved Aestheic Movement details. Nice heavy cup, the plating is thick and in excellent condition. There is mild tarnish present and a few tiny dings and scratches, but no major damage, especially given that it is 100+ years old...thanks for looking!!! Box82
