This hand-built lidded vessel has a three-legged base and rounded body, constructed to rest with balanced weight on tapered points. The surface is marked by a regular pattern of indentations arranged in vertical intervals across the form, which continues over the lid, unifying the shape through repeated texture. A glaze technique featuring layered oxidation and reduction firing creates transitions of color that shift from deep maroon to muted green and pale blue, with occasional breaks revealing the raw stoneware beneath. The lid's handle is an arched loop, integrated into the structure and emerging continuously from the surface. The vessel retains a smoother, more neutral glaze wash, with visible swipe marks indicating the application process. The base reveals the artist's signature incised near one leg, with kiln-fired iron speckling and spiral wheel marks adding further evidence of the hand-crafted process. The overall form reflects both sculptural intent and functional considerations.
