The rarely seen 'Ariet' armchair was designed by Swedish designer Arne Norell for Norell Möbel AB in 1966. It is made from beautiful distressed gray buffalo leather and the finest matte chrome frame. Note the beautiful belts with buckles; This distinctive detail gives the chair a great look, but is actually an essential supportive construction. A beautiful and striking detail in this highly comfortable chair. “ariet” is a smaller version of the more commonly seen “ari” chair. This Ariet model is no longer manufactured. Original period condition. Shows signs of age through minor scratches on top, marks, stains. This piece has an attribution mark,
