This Art Deco writing desk, designed by Jindřich Halabala for UP Závody, dates back to the early 20th century and represents the pinnacle of Czechoslovak design of the era. Crafted from solid wood with a luxurious walnut veneer, it boasts a unique character and elegance. The desk has been preserved in its original, exceptionally well-maintained condition, a testament to its quality craftsmanship and careful upkeep.

In pristine original condition, the item has been professionally cleaned, and its polish has been revived by our refurbishing team in Czechia.

It has been re-polished with polyutherane piano lacquer by our professional refurbishing team in Czechia according to the original process. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
